My Contributions To The Class...
In the class I did a variety of task such as:

- explain certain lessons
- elaborate on criteria and expectations
- help to enhance enthusiasm in the students
- work with them on strategies for success in the civic mirror game
- organize files and marks for the teacher
- write down who was paying attention and who was not
Overall, I never felt I was doing useless work or "wasting my time". I feel that I had helped several students daily by just re-explaining what was taught in a way they would better understand based on their learning styles. While helping with the game this is where I saw the most intrest into my organization skills, as there were many components and sheets to the game to keep track of. I saw also the respect for me develop when engaging and participating in lessons, then helping re-explain following it. I belive that knowledge is a good foundation to establish small superiority that helps the class gain this respect for you. If you come across like you have an understanding of the topic the students will ask you for help and uncocntiousally look up to you. I belive that this created level had allowed me to help more students because they know feel as they should ask me because I know. Also I believe that even writing down the behavior of students in class was helpful to the teacher and taught me that these habits are so essential in learning as they are reflected in their assignments and used to evaluate their learning skills. After a few classes I realized that it was often similar students, so I had taken it upon myself to reach out and provide advice on how to improve these skills.
