...and now what?

So, I have completed my course, earned my credits. Does that mean I close my eyes again and disengage from the opportunity to lead? Absolutely not. I have gained so much knowledge and wisdom through the course that I feel overwhelmed with the explosive desire to help. We all have things that we are passionate about and I plan to use these learned skills in my personal life, on the soccer field as well with any culture careers presented. I believe that a good leader can attribute their skills to all environments, rather than just one (i.e. a classroom setting). The opportunity is so broad beyond those four class room walls. Taking away from this experience I know how to handle large, loud crowds, keeping them engaged, goal orientated. I know how to organize my thoughts and have seen through results that your own knowledge is respected and glorified. I have learned tactics as to what is a successful approach at reaching people and seeing what fails.
Management is about arranging and telling. Leadership is about nurturing and enhancing. —Tom Peters
I have seen that yelling, arrogance and losing your composer does not help anyone. It is important to remember that when you lead you are still working towards the same goal as everyone else. You have the same ideology's and want the same things overall, it is just you are chosen to enhance the performance of the team to reach these goals.
